Shipping Policy – Cladure

At Cladure, every order is prepared with care and made to match your selected model. We aim to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours after they are placed.

Once your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days within India. These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, location, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹299.

Our courier partners may attempt delivery up to three times. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept the package, re-shipping charges may apply. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

For products like laptop skins, phone skins, posters, or other made-to-order items, if your order is not delivered within 20 days from the shipping date, we will investigate the delay. If we are unable to fulfill the delivery, a refund will be issued as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Once an order is handed over to the courier, Cladure is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping partner. Tracking details are shared via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery.
