Return & Refund Policy – Cladure

At Cladure, every product is made with care and often customized for your specific device. Because of this, returns and refunds are handled in a fair and transparent way for both you and us.

Please check your order as soon as it is delivered. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video or clear images are required for verification. Once approved, we will replace the product at no extra cost.

If you ordered the wrong model by mistake and want a replacement after delivery, you can still get it by paying 50% of the selling price of the new skin. If the order has not yet been processed, you may request a model change within 4 hours of placing the order, free of charge.

If a skin does not fit your device after application, clear images must be provided for verification. Without valid proof, we cannot process any replacement. Incorrect installation or improper application is not covered under replacement.

Refunds are only issued if Cladure is unable to deliver your order within 20 days from the shipping date. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and will be credited to the original mode of payment used while placing the order.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 to 4 hours of placing them. A cancellation fee of 18% applies. Once an order is processed by our system or payment gateway, it cannot be cancelled.

All products are custom-made. Returns or refunds are not provided for change of mind, personal preference, or minor color differences caused by screen settings. Customized products, including those with uploaded images, are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, a re-shipping fee will apply. In such cases, no refund or design change will be entertained.
